Today is my first adventure into more of an ongoing act of kindness. I adopted a United States soldier. It's possible that it could take a couple of days before I get any more information, but I am excited. I think that I have a fairly worry free life. I don't spend my day wondering who is trying to track me down or if I might get shot, and I know I have loved ones whenever I need them. For a soldier, life isn't so easy. They do wonder who might be trying to find them and hoping they don't get shot. They can also be very alone. Due to them living a harder life, I get to live my easier life. Therefore, I decided the least I could do was adopt a soldier. Now I will offer them words of encouragement and support and also send them care packages. I also suggest that you look into adopting a soldier of your own.
