Tip Thank You
When Mark and I decide to go 'out' for dinner or lunch, lately we find ourselves going to Red Robin. It's nothing fancy, but it's inexpensive and we usually have decent service. There has only been one time we did not have good service and that was around Christmas time. This time, we had a young female as our waitress. She was nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She wasn't too slow and didn't come over to our table every five seconds like some other establishments that I've been to. Our total bill was probably around $30 and I really don't remember what Mark tipped her, but I know it was a decent sized tip. As we were getting ready to leave, I took the slip from him and wrote her additional thank you. Most people leave a tip but not everyone takes the time to write them a note. I hope she appreciated it and that it made her day go a little bit smoother. It also probably helped that by the time we were leaving, the lunch rush was mostly dying down.
